I wanted to write to you and tell you what an outstanding job Bill Walker did for me and my company. The AAAAI Allergy Conference was in New Orleans this past weekend. Our President tasked me with locating a restaurant within walking distance of the convention center to host a business lunch on Saturday 21 February 2010. As it turns out restaurants open for lunch on Saturday near the convention center are few to none. I was at my wits end when I called The Creole Skillet and spoke with Bill. He informed me that in fact The Creole Skillet was also closed on Saturday. He took the time however to go over other restaurants in the area that may be open; each time it turned out that they were closed on Saturday. Bill saw an opportunity to bring in business and for lack of a better phrase “save the day” as far as I was concerned. After taking the time to speak with the staff and make the necessary changes Bill cam back to me that The Creole Skillet would open for lunch on Saturday 27-Feb-10.

I received rave reviews from all the ALK colleagues from around the world that stopped in for lunch that day on the food and the service. Our company will come back to The Creole Skillet any time we are doing business in New Orleans.
